PADI Advanced Freediver Course
The PADI Advanced Freediver course expands knowledge and skills, with further development in static apnea, dynamic apnea free immersion and constant weight freediving to a maximum of 20 metres.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
During the Advanced Freediver course, in confined water you will learn stretching and relaxation techniques as well as refine static and dynamic apnea.
Your goals
- Static apnea of 2 minutes, 30 seconds (2 minutes for freedivers younger than 18) and
- Dynamic apnea of 50 metres (40 metres for freedivers younger than 18).
- There are also open water sessions to practice deeper free immersion and constant weight freedives, along with additional buddy procedures and rescue techniques.
- Constant weight freedive of 20 meters (15 metres for freedivers younger than 18).

None
Prerequisites:
Minimum 15 years old
Be certified as a PADI Freediver, or have a qualifying certification from another training organization
Successfully completed the EFR Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (First Aid) course (or another qualifying course) in the past two years.
