MT Hephaestus Wreck Dive | Xatt l-Ahmar, Gozo

The MT Hephaestus is a 61m oil tanker scuttled off Xatt l-Ahmar, Gozo in August 2022. Sitting bolt upright at 46m, she is the easternmost of the Xatt l-Ahmar wrecks and one of the most impressive dive sites in the Maltese Islands.

SS Margit Wreck Dive | Kalkara Creek, Malta

The SS Margit is a 105.5m Panamanian steam passenger ship sunk during a WWII air raid in 1941. Lying at Kalkara Creek at up to 22m depth, she is one of the largest and most atmospheric wreck dives in Malt, and one of the few WWII wrecks within AOW range.

The P31 is a former East German minesweeper scuttled off Comino in 2009, lying on a white sandy bottom at 22m. The only wreck around Comino, she offers excellent visibility, abundant marine life, and good penetrations. Accessible only by boat.
