Malta Airport update
Did you know you can now carry up to 2 litres of liquid through security when you leave Malta? This new rule means you don't have to worry about taking drinking water through security. .
And Malta airport has free drinking water after security for you to use. Ditch paying for water on your flight, save money and refill your bottle before boarding your flight.
How to track down your own water refill stations wherever you are
Our instructors practice what we preach - we always take refillable water bottles with us to the dive sites. But also on our travels. These are the top tips we have found over the years to avoid buying water and causing more waste.
1. Most airports now have free drinking water. Never buy expensive water at an airport, save money and the environment.
2. Apps like Closca Water or Water Finder, which show you locations of free water sources, including public fountains and refill stations.
3. And remember, bring your water bottle along on your travels.

1. Plan ahead

Let us know what dates you potentially would like to dive, and once your deposit is paid your spaces are then secured. Unsure how many dives you want to do? Not a problem - you can decide while you are here. You only pay for the dives you do giving you full flexiblity.
2. Your diving goals
Let us know what you would like to achieve from your diving holiday.
Easy calm shallow dives? or would you prefer wrecks, wrecks, wrecks?
Would you like to gain your next qualification or practice skills?
Let us know so we can get the most out of your time in the water.
3. Let us handle the logistics for you!
Once you are booked in, let us handle the logistics of the day.
We will arrange everything needed for your diving, from road transport, dive site planning, any equipment you need and the safety aspects of your day.
During your diving holiday, any diving equipment you have can be rinse and stored safety at the dive centre.
Written by Ben and Susie
Our instructors Ben and Susie are both calm, professional and keen to make a difference.
Ben is patient and knowledgeable with years of experiences teaching. He has a keen eye for marine life and loves showing off his favourite dive sites here in Malta. He enjoys learning the history of Malta and sharing his knowledge of the island with his divers.
Susie loves teaching scuba, always has a smile on her face and is happy to be in the water every day sharing what she loves. She has a passion for the ocean and is often spotted pulling out a mesh bag from her pocket on a dive to remove any debris found, and is keen to pass this passion on to our divers.
We dive all year round, apart from in February. Our dive team take a month off in February to visit family and friends. The rest of the year, we are here to go diving. Just let us know when you are planning to visit Malta and we can get your diving booked in. Not sure which time of year to book? Ask our instructors what time of year is their favourite time to dive here!
This is one of our most asked question - and the answer is: it depends.
If you are an Open Water diver, the Advanced Course is a great way to further your diving skills with extra guidance from your instructor
Already an Advaned Open Water diver - the Rescue course helps you become a better buddy, a more safety aware diver and teach you how to act in an emergency.
Our most popular specialties are Wreck, Deep and Nitrox, and its easy to see why. These courses allow you to dive some of the more advanced sites here in Malta.
Want to learn a particular skill? Just get in touch and ask. We are more than happy help. Whether it's learning to reverse frog kick, how to navigate the dive sites, or even practice your rescue skills, we can create a bespoke program tailored to your needs.
Before any diver can enter the water, a diver will have to complete the pre dive medical. This confirms if you are medically safe to dive, or if a doctors approval is needed. If you're unsure whether you're fit for diving, then the pre dive medical form can be found here: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0412/9806/7615/files/Diver_Medical.pdf?v=1653670233
If any of your answers indicate the need for a doctor's approval, then the form can be printed and taken to your local doctor at home, or you can visit one of the local walk-in clinics here in Malta to be checked. Let us know your location and we can help direct you to your nearest one!
One of the great things about Malta is we have so much choice. One favorite of ours is Cirkewwa - a great dive site with reefs and wrecks. If you prefer swim throughs then Ghar Lapsi is an ideal choice. Interested in history and World War II? The X127 and HMS Maori let you dive real pieces of Maltese history. Love wrecks? Then you can't beat the Um El Faroud!
Let us know what type of diving you enjoy, and we are happy to assist.
